CALHOUN, GA (March 3, 2009) – Russell Bennett, PCC has been designated a Certified PRINT® Coach. Created by Dr. Paul Hertz, Print® is an assessment of personal behavior and has been extensively tested with an accuracy rate of over 98%.
PRINT® reflects our view of the world, why we do what we do, why we are who we are. PRINT® explains how we react and how we relate. It is at the core of what motivates us. PRINT® helps unleash the potential that lies within each of us. It guides us toward our success and reveals what we can do to better face our challenges. Using PRINT® knowledge obtained during training, along with a client’s PRINT® Survey Report, Mr. Bennett can lead his client to understand and value: what motivates them, what they gravitate toward and what they try to avoid. The PRINT® report will reveal their Best Self and Shadow characteristics and what would help them diminish their Shadow behavior - the negative and reactive place that individuals go when under pressure or stress. These behaviors can undermine a client's forward movement. The PRINT® report helps one to participate more in their Best Self. The Best Self is the most productive, pleasant and relationship-enhancing response to life.
This report along with the included 90 minute debriefing gives both the professional coach and client a starting point for meaningful dialogue as well as a point of reference throughout the coaching process.
